Managing your subscription
pouchie is free for your first 14 days. Every new account gets 14 days of full access before you pick a plan. The paid plans (Family and Extended) are auto-renewing subscriptions, billed through the store you got pouchie from: the App Store (with your Apple ID) or Google Play (with your Google account). Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
On iPhone / iPad (App Store):
- View, change, or cancel: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions and choose pouchie.
- Restore a purchase: in the app, open the plan screen and tap Restore purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
On Android (Google Play):
- View, change, or cancel: open the Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and choose pouchie.
- Restore a purchase: sign in with the same phone number, open the plan screen and tap Restore purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Google at play.google.com/store/account.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app: open the Profile tab, go to Privacy, and choose Delete account. After confirming with an SMS code, everything you own is scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period, then permanently removed.

How we handle your data is described in the app's privacy policy (this site's own, separate notice is here). To exercise your data rights (access, correction, deletion, or portability), write to support@pouchie.app and we'll answer within the time the law gives us.
